Bart Jan begon zijn carrière in september 2016 en is sinds de oprichting werkzaam bij Florent. Hij is senior associate in de Dispute Resolution praktijk.  

Expertise 

Bart Jan is gespecialiseerd in geschillenbeslechting bij zowel de overheidsrechter als in arbitrage. Hij adviseert bestuurders en commissarissen in omvangrijke en spraakmakende aansprakelijkheidsprocedures. Daarnaast is Bart Jan betrokken bij een breed scala aan zowel vennootschappelijke als commerciële procedures, waaronder aandeelhoudersgeschillen, post-M&A procedures, handelsgeschillen, enquêteprocedures en diverse kort gedingen. Bart Jan richt zich daarbij in het bijzonder op zaken met een financiële achtergrond, waaronder procedures over misleidende financiële verslaggeving en daaraan gerelateerde onderzoeken.
