Vera started her career in 2016 at RESOR, a law firm in Amsterdam. She joined Florent in 2020. Vera is an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
Expertise
Vera is specialised in all aspects of insolvency law. She advises in matters related to insolvency and restructuring, general property law, security interests, directors’ liability (in insolvency) and (turbo)liquidation. Vera acts as a litigator and is regularly appointed by the Amsterdam District Court as a trustee in bankruptcies.

Vera speaks Dutch, English and is learning Spanish. Vera obtained her post-graduate degree (Grotius) in insolvency law. Vera regularly publishes in insolvency law journals and is a member of INSOLAD.
