Simon started his career at Nysingh in 2017. He joined Florent in 2020. He is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate practice.
Expertise
Simon specializes in real estate law, with a particular focus on environmental law and tenancy law. He also assist regularly in a variety of real estate transactions. He counsels and litigates (both in civil and administrative courts) for: landlords and tenants of commercial real estate, housing corporations, investors, project developers and contractors.

Simon speaks Dutch and English. After studying Dutch Law in Groningen, he obtained a master’s degree in comparative and international politics from the University Leuven (Belgium). In 2022, Simon obtained his post-graduate degree (Grotius) in Environmental Law.
