about Douwe

Douwe started his career at Florent in 2020. He is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate practice. 

Expertise

Douwe specialises in advising (foreign and domestic) clients on commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions of real estate companies (share transactions), project development and tenancy law. Besides he is involved in a wide range of property litigation matters related to both commercial and residential properties. Having completed his Master’s in civil law at the University of Amsterdam, with a focus on the commercial legal practice and corporate law, he brings a comprehensive background to his practice.
