Lidewei begon haar carrière in 2016 en maakt sinds de oprichting deel uit van Florent. Ze is senior associate in de Corporate / M&A praktijk. 

Expertise 

Ondernemingsrecht, in het bijzonder gericht op fusies en overnames, private equity, governance en commerciële contracten. Lidewei heeft bijzondere ervaring op het gebied van purpose- en impactgedreven investeerders en bedrijven, waaronder het opzetten van structuren om hun purpose en impact te waarborgen.

Lidewei spreekt Nederlands en Engels. Lidewei behaalde haar postdoctorale graad (Grotius) in vennootschaps- en ondernemingsrecht (cum laude).
