Emille begon zijn carrière in 2011 bij Houthoff in Amsterdam en New York. Sinds 2019 is hij werkzaam bij Florent. Emille is partner in de Dispute Resolution praktijk.

Het hele spectrum van corporate en commerciële geschillen, met een focus op M&A-geschillen en governancegeschillen waarbij private equity en durfkapitaal betrokken zijn. Met name ervaren in spoedeisende zaken met een hoge inzet.

Emille spreekt Nederlands en Engels. Hij geeft lezingen en schrijft. Emille behaalde zijn postdoctorale graad (Grotius) in vennootschaps- en ondernemingsrecht en volgde diverse cursussen over risicokapitaalfinanciering.
