David is een allround specialist in zakelijk vastgoed. David begeleidt Nederlandse en internationale cliënten bij een breed scala aan (grensoverschrijdende) vastgoedtransacties, waaronder de aan- en verkoop van commercieel vastgoed, overnames van vastgoedondernemingen (aandelentransacties), projectontwikkeling en de vastgoedaspecten van overnames en herstructureringen. Hij adviseert ook regelmatig over commercieel leasingrecht, asset management-gerelateerde zaken en vennootschapsrechtelijke vastgoedgerelateerde zaken, zoals joint ventures en investeringsstructuren.

Advising Crossbay on their second last-mile logistics platform, including acquisitions and the leasing aspects of several logistic warehouses throughout the Netherlands, including assets in Almere and Leiden, through both asset deals and share deals.
